Glenn Haven HOA Dues are presently $145.00 per year. Dues cover the time period from January 1st through December 31st each year.

Glenn Haven HOA charges no Transfer Fee.

Blanket hazard insurance on our commonly-held property is with USLI Insurance Company, Policy No. NPP1596474A, expiring 5/20/22. Member’s portion of premium is included in dues or fees stated above.

Glenn Haven HOA does not charge Move-In/Move-Out Fees

At close of escrow please advise us of the name of new owner and the date of transfer of title.
